Uganda has the potential and talents to play in the world cup if football structures are fully developed, Makanaky who arrived in Uganda on 12/12/09revealed. This was said during a soccer clinic organised by Kampala School of Excellence Ministries at the climax of the All-stars pre-world cup tour to Uganda. According to the midfield legend, the raw talent exhibited by the children during the different sessions if exploited well through developing youth football structures will help Uganda reach the world cup.
